Go to Disputes in My AltoSale, click "Open New Dispute", select your order, describe the issue, and submit. We aim to resolve disputes within 3 business days.

What's the deadline to open a dispute?

You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date (or actual delivery date if earlier) to open a dispute. After 30 days, orders are automatically marked as complete.

Counterfeit items are a serious violation of AltoSale policy. Open a dispute immediately, do not use the item, and provide photos. We'll issue a full refund and investigate the seller's account.
